Why we exist

At Charlton House, we help organisations unlock the full value of their digital investments by removing friction, building confidence, and ensuring new systems are adopted as intended - so transformation delivers real business results.

Our founders, two seasoned transformation specialists, came together with a shared frustration: too many projects were failing because the people experience was overlooked. They had seen it time and again - clunky enterprise systems propped up by blanket training programs and unreadable manuals that left employees frustrated, systems underused, KPIs unmet, and budgets wasted. Adoption was slow, costly, and painful. They knew there had to be a better way - and they saw the potential for Digital Adoption Platforms like WalkMe to change everything.

When COVID hit, that vision became reality. With in-person training no longer an option, businesses needed a smarter approach. Tom and Amanda seized the opportunity, persuading a major supermarket chain that WalkMe was the best way to launch its new paperless payroll system. Charlton House was spun out to deliver the solution - saving the client millions and accelerating adoption from years to months.

That success earned us the trust of WalkMe and some of the UK's largest enterprises.

Within 12 months, we became WalkMe's first and only UK-accredited partner, growing to a team of 15 and serving multiple blue-chip clients. Five years on, and approaching a team of 50, we've become one of WalkMe's most trusted and experienced partners globally, driving some of the most impactful digital adoption strategies for world-leading organisations.
