As a Junior Solution Engineer at Charlton House, you will help bring digital adoption solutions to life with WalkMe, focusing on delivering high quality technical implementations, designing user experiences and training our global customers to build their own internal capability for future growth.
What will you be doing?
In your role as Junior DAP Solution Engineer, you will:
Work under supervision of Senior Solution Engineer.
Understand business processes and build WalkMe content to address business needs.
Support client UAT and activities ahead of - Build up a knowledge of various client platforms and applications.
Attend regular WalkMe webinars and other events to broaden your knowledge of the WalkMe product.
Record time accurately on timecard to enable accurate client reporting and billing.

Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Added bonus if you have:
Academic background in I.T./Computer Science/ Mathematics or other Science.
1+ post-graduate work experience in an I.T/Technology related role.
Experience with Digital Adoption/Learning tools a strong advantage.
Experience in web technologies such as CSS, HTML, HTTP, web services a strong advantage.
