As a Project Manager at Charlton House, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day delivery of WalkMe implementation projects for our clients. Your role is to plan and manage delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring each project is executed to a high standard, within agreed timelines and budgets.
You will work with consultants and solution engineers as well as client stakeholders, to make sure work is progressing as planned, risks are managed and progress is clearly communicated.
What will you be doing?
Drive onboaridng efforts for new and existing clients.
Own the delivery plan for each WalkMe project, managing timelines, milestones and dependencies.
Co-ordinate internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure tasks are clearly defined and delivered on time.
Track project progress, manage RAID logs and maintain overall delivery governance.
Run regular project check‑ins and status meetings to maintain momentum and alignment.
Produce clear, concise weekly status reports for internal teams and client stakeholders.
Manage scope, identifying change requests and supporting the formal change control process.
Proactively identify delivery risks and issues, escalating where required and driving resolution.
Ensure delivery aligns with agreed statements of work and contractual commitments.
Support solution engineers and configuration teams by removing blockers and maintaining delivery cadence.
Oversee the WalkMe implementation lifecycle from kickoff through to go‑live and handover.
Ensure documentation, project artefacts and delivery outputs are properly maintained and handed over.
What will you bring?
A degree or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years’ experience managing the delivery of digital or software implementation projects.
A strong track record of delivering medium to large‑scale enterprise projects.
Experienced in project planning, scheduling, reporting and governance.
Confident working with cross‑functional delivery teams and external stakeholders.
Comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bring a structured, methodical approach to your work and remain calm under pressure.
A reliable team player with high standards and strong personal integrity.
You will hold a degree or equivalent practical experience.
Bonus if you have:
Experience delivering SaaS or enterprise software platforms.
Familiarity with digital adoption tools such as WalkMe.
Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript or CSS (helpful but not required).
Experience working within regulated or large enterprise environments.
*Please note, there may be some occassional travel required to our offices in London or Newcastle (no more than once per month), or clients sites. We understand people have committments outside of work, so we will always give you plenty of notice and be as flexible as possible with dates to accomodate all involved.
