Do you enjoy helping organisations get real value from their digital investments?

Are you comfortable leading adoption programmes that bridge the gap between technology and people?

Do you want to shape how users experience systems at scale?

As a Senior Consultant at Charlton House, you will play a key role in supporting clients through the successful adoption of their digital platforms. You will work across complex environments, helping organisations embed technology in a way that is practical, effective and sustainable.

You will lead digital adoption workstreams alongside client and internal delivery teams, bringing best practice, clarity and consistency to how adoption is approached. This role balances strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery — supporting onboarding, rollout and optimisation activities while ensuring adoption goals translate into measurable outcomes.

You’ll be trusted to lead conversations, guide approaches, and support clients in building stronger, more digitally confident organisations.

What will you be doing?

  • You will lead and support the delivery of digital adoption initiatives across client organisations.

  • You will design and deliver WalkMe‑based adoption content aligned to agreed objectives.

  • You will map business processes and user journeys to identify effective adoption interventions.

  • You will provide WalkMe and digital adoption best‑practice guidance to clients.

  • You will work closely with client stakeholders to support onboarding, rollout and optimisation.

  • You will collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure adoption work aligns with delivery plans.

  • You will support the ongoing optimisation and evolution of digital adoption solutions.

  • You may occasionally support pre‑sales activities by contributing subject‑matter expertise.

About you

  • You are confident, credible and comfortable working in complex environments

  • You enjoy working with people and building trusted client relationships

  • You bring calm, clarity and structure to change

  • You take ownership and follow things through to completion

  • You communicate clearly and openly, in both written and verbal settings

  • You are outcomes‑focused and pragmatic in your approach

  • You enjoy collaboration and working as part of a team

  • You are curious, adaptable and open to feedback

  • You care about doing high‑quality work and helping others succeed

Essential criteria

  • Strong experience delivering digital adoption, enablement or change‑related initiatives.

  • Experience working in a project‑based delivery environment.

  • Confidence engaging directly with client stakeholders at different levels.

  • Experience mapping processes or translating requirements into adoption solutions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • A collaborative and professional approach to delivery.

Bonus if you have

  • Experience working with WalkMe or other Digital Adoption Platforms.

  • Previous consultancy or professional services experience.

  • Exposure to large‑scale SaaS or enterprise software implementations.

  • Experience in change management, learning & development or training.

  • Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript or CSS.
